The company responsible for providing the Service (“Provider”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is 365 Protection LLC.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective 14 days after posting on the Website, unless the change is required to take effect immediately for legal or security reasons.

Eligibility
To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete registration information, and maintain a valid payment method. You agree to update your information when changes occur.
Formation of Agreement
A legally binding subscription agreement is formed once you complete the checkout process.
Prior to subscribing, the Terms are made available in a format that you may download or store. You can request a copy by emailing legal@365-protection.com.
Subscription Plans & Renewal
The Provider may offer multiple subscription options with different features. All applicable terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis and continue until you cancel. If a fixed-term subscription is offered, it may renew for the same duration unless cancellation occurs before renewal.
Billing & Payment
Your subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method on your billing date. The billing cycle depends on your chosen plan.
By subscribing, you authorize the Provider to:
- automatically charge your payment method,
- use alternative payment methods linked to your account if the primary one fails,
- retry failed transactions at reasonable intervals.
If payment cannot be collected and you do not update your billing information, access to the Service may be suspended.
The Provider may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively. Promotional first-term pricing renews at the standard rate disclosed at checkout.
Your applicable subscription fee is the price displayed to you during the purchase flow and accepted by you at checkout. You may also be offered optional add-ons or upsells (for example, additional storage, extended monitoring, or family seats). Add-ons are billed separately and renew on their own cycle unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Customer Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing billing@365-protection.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law or where our Refund Policy applies.
Termination by the Provider
We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine that payments remain unpaid, your account has been used for fraudulent or harmful activity, you violate these Terms, or legal or technical requirements necessitate termination. When possible, termination becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
