A clear, generous money-back guarantee
If 365 Protection is not for you, we want it to be easy to walk away with your money. Here is exactly how and when refunds work.

Overview
We want every 365 Protection subscriber to feel the Service is worth it. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund on a subscription purchased directly from 365 Protection LLC through 365-protection.com.
This policy supplements, and where stricter, prevails over, the general cancellation rules in our Terms & Conditions. It does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer the following money-back windows on first-term subscriptions purchased directly from us:
- Annual or biannual plans: refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- Monthly or quarterly plans: refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
The money-back guarantee applies once per customer and to the first-term subscription only. Renewals are governed by the renewal rules in section 4.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must first cancel your subscription. Cancelling auto-renewal does not by itself trigger a refund.
You can request a refund by:
- opening your account dashboard, going to My Subscriptions, and choosing Request a refund; or
- emailing billing@365-protection.com from the email address on the account, with the order number.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals and Subsequent Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
For renewal charges, we offer a courtesy refund window of 14 days after the renewal date, provided you have not made substantial use of the Service after the renewal. Cancel and request the refund through your dashboard or email billing@365-protection.com.
We send a renewal reminder by email before each renewal charge, so you have time to cancel if you no longer want to continue.
Add-Ons and Upsells
Optional add-ons (for example, extended storage, additional family seats, or upgraded monitoring) are billed separately and follow the same money-back windows as the plan they were attached to, calculated from the date the add-on itself was purchased.
What Is Not Eligible
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- subscriptions purchased through a third-party reseller or app store, which follow that platform's own refund rules;
- requests made outside the windows in sections 2 and 4;
- accounts terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions, fraud, or chargeback abuse;
- partial-period refunds in the middle of a term outside the windows above.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply where you live. If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have a right of withdrawal under consumer law during the first 14 days of your subscription, except where you have asked us to start providing the Service immediately and consumed it.
By purchasing and accessing the Service immediately at checkout, you acknowledge that the digital service starts performing right away, which can affect your right of withdrawal under local law.
Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve every billing question directly. If a charge looks wrong, contact billing@365-protection.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. Disputes filed without contacting us, or after a refund has already been approved, may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.
